its not my call, of course, but Morton Street seems to me a better location for The School, the neighbours being already accustomed to the sounds and the sort of traffic a school might bring; museums bring 'tourists', an entirely different sort of folk from the novice who seeks training and discipline.

What's worse (speaking as someone who's been in the public museum industry before and now lives in a tourist-trap area) you get that special sort of earnest tourist called the Pilgrim -- you need an indestructable location to run a museum, one where everything is firmly bolted down (relic hunters!) and every path can be trodden.
