Pat, Thanks for the information about Afifi. He could try the "label of last resort," Cadence Jazz Records (same address as the magazine). He might also try Evidence--Jerry Gordon recently issued the Cosmic Krewe, and might be interested in what Afifi is up to. Does Afifi know Phil Cohran? I'm wondering what edition of the Chicago Arkestra he was in... rlc
