just checked up and noted that great man played at liverpool on 8 june 1990 when the band was called 'Sun Ra & His Cosmic Love Arkestra' ......was that a regular title ?

have just obtained from a uk based outfit called 'Blast First' a package single cd 'i am the instrument' rec 271091 Philadelphia + video of 2 films 'space is the place' & 'magic sun' (ny 1060)...... is this all well known stuff 'cos blurb says 'magic sun' is rare

i agree with all that has been said about paying for bootlegs to estate & hope to make some contribution from here when occasion arises.....if pleasure given should never be taken for granted
