Aaron, it seems we have come full circle with this, & it seems as though each time you write, you respond to the last message you saw, having somehow obliterated everything that went before it. So telling me to ask the musicians myself was kind of silly, since all this originated from what many musicians have told me in the first place about not having been compensated for many of the recordings you & your fellow collectors have been buying & selling for enormously inflated sums of money, thereby compounding the injustice to the musicians who played the music you covet & who have received & continue to receive nothing for it. Next, you asked me how you're supposed to know whether the musicians were compensated or not (to which I replied "Ask the musicians"), & then you want to know why you're supposed to compensate them, & now we have a litany of historic wrongs committed against your people to justify not compensating the musicians (a bit of a stretch, no, Aaron?), & around & around we go. Then of course we also have to get another helping of nasty language, so in this latest message we get "self~righteous," "chest~thumping," "holier~than~thou," "insulting, patronizing, & petulant," & "Please grow up" to add to the last message's "dumb" & "inane." It seems as though if you keep on like this you hope you will wear everybody down or intimidate people until they stop writing so you can feel you got the last word in & therefore you've "won." But there are no winners here. I am trying to make the best of a bad situation & find a rational, workable, & just way for the musicians to be compensated amidst this big spending going on; you are trying to "find something and treasure it it is my [sic] and mine alone to kiss it, play it, eat it or destroy it." That's a good quote from Benjamin Franklin you always run at the end of your messages; how about it, Aaron?
