Hi Graham & all,

Whew! what a scathing(ie pissed) John Lurie statement! I play at the Knitting factory with my band "World of Tomorrow" from time to time and actually they treat you better there than the other NYC clubs. Most NYC clubs give the band $25 for the night and charge you for beer at least at the knitting factory we got $160 and free rolling rock........
