WMBR

Just thought I'd chime in and let you know that WMBR isn't 88.9 (that's WERS). I'm not exactly sure what MBR is, possibly 88.1 or 89.9. Incidentally, WERS (Emerson college) has a great jazz show, 11am-2pm, "The Jazz Oasis". However, when I asked them once to play some Sun Ra, the D.J. had never heard of him... (probably a freshman) In any case, she chose a particularly jumpin' tune, (I can't remember which) and after the song, thanked me for requesting it, and said "We gotta play more of that stuff"
