4th of July

SNAP, SIZZLE & BOP....

Michael Ray & The Cosmic Krewe perform for the FREEDOM JAZZ show on the 4th of July in Washington, DC, on Freedom Plaza on Pennsylvania Ave. The program befins at 2 pm and ends at 10 pm. Randy Weston's African Rhythms and Hamiet Blueitt's Barbeque Band are also performing. Michael Ray has invited 6 members of the Sun Ra Arkestra to join the Cosmic Krewe for this special event. They are scheduled to play from 8 - 9 PM just before the fireworks that start at 9 PM...there will be a salsa band that plays after the fireworks.
