In fact, in my previous message there is an error, - the correct command to leave the SATURN list is

    signoff saturn

which has to be sent to the address listserv@hearn.bitnet

The point is that control commands go to the LISTSERV address, not to the SATURN address. Contributions to the SATURN list go to the SATURN address (makes somehow some sense, if you know it once).
