Sun Ra - tune stealer?
Just been playing "Sophistacted Blues", recorded 23 September 1958 at
Bud Land, Chicago (The Eternal Myth Revealed Vol.1, Disc 14). Turns out
to be "Swingin' Shepherd Blues", which had been around for awhile! The
session also includes "Will You Still Be Mine", which is incorrectly
identified as "Without A Song" in one place.

If it's true, it is an interesting Canadian connection!

Yes, it's possible that Transparency assigned a title to it. Should
be "Sophisticated Blues", of course.
