THE MASSIVE 5th ANNUAL VISION FESTIVAL
This spring, the VISION FESTIVAL achieves a milestone: When New York City's ONLY not-for-profit, major league, artist-managed, jazz and improvised arts festival kicks off on May 19, the event will mark the fifth season. This grassroots rebellion has won international attention as the epicenter where progressive jazz traditions and innovations register their seismic force.
Located this year at 23 St. Marks Place - the New Age Cabaret (former site the Electric Circus) - the festival will run through May 29. What's in store? In what exact and specific ways will your life be forever changed by your mere proximity to the profoundly attuned vibrations within?
The roster of performers is rich, deep, and wide and listed below. How you will be personally affected depends partially on your diet and how much light as sound you are prepared to process on any given night.
Stay well for the next month, and see you in late May!
